With the exception of the years spent earning both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Clemson University and The Citadel, I have devoted approximately 40 years of professional and volunteer service to the Midlands of South Carolina. Over these years I have served as both an educator/administrator with South Carolina's Technical College system and as an elected/appointed local and state official involved with the Conservation of our state's Natural Resources.
