has received national recognition from global real estate leader ERA Franchise
Systems LLC for high total Adjusted Gross Commission (AGC) achievement, total
residential units closed and Top Company in closings with the ERA Home Protection
PlanŽ in 2007 in its respective division.
With more than $16,606,785 in total AGC last year and 3,534 residential units
closed, ERA Wilder Realty ranked in the top three in these categories among companies
of comparable size. With the highest closings with the ERA Home Protection PlanŽ
last year, ERA Wilder Realty ranked #1 in the Top Company closings with the ERA
Home Protection PlanŽ category among companies of comparable size. These prestigious
awards were announced at the 2008 ERA International Business Conference, held February 25-28 in Orlando, Florida.
