ERA Wilder Realty Holds 2nd Annual Wilder Business Conference

Columbia, SC February 2008-ERA Wilder Realty hosted second annual business conference.  Held at the SC Archives Center, agents from 14 offices spent the day in educational break out sessions and networking with the top ERA agents in the company. Topics covered included classes on technology, marketing, how to ensure listings that sell.  “This is a great event to help start the year off in the right direction”, says President Eddie Wilder. “We’re able to focus on the positive and identify the strategies that will allow us the greatest success”.

Other conference highlights included keynote presentations by several successful ERA companies across the country, a tradeshow featuring the Carolina Concierge Services Program partners and the annual awards gala; recognizing the top producing agents in the company.  A new award this year was the “Always There For You” award honoring the agent who consistently gave of themselves to the betterment of their fellow agents, office and company.  The honoree this year was Kristi Aderhold of the Mooresville, NC office.
