Our one-stop shopping service is designed to make your home buying, selling or
maintaining experience the best that you have ever had!
With one phone call to our Carolina Concierge Services Call Center, each of our
premier service professionals will be contacted and the Call Center will coordinate
scheduling their visits to your property.
Our service professionals respond to your request with high priority, usually
within 1-2 hours of receiving the initial call, fax and/or email.
 The Carolina Concierge Services Call Center follows up an hour after the initial
request to verify that the service professional is aware of the request. A second
follow up call is made 24 hours later to make sure that you have been contacted
and the requested service has been scheduled.
